PP-Plastic material. It is strong, and have good color effect. 

Printing-CMYK Full Color Printing

The color of final label will be exact as your artwork. 

Coated label with film.

We’ll attache a film on label surface. The label will be water/oil proof. Even you drop water or oil on the label, it won’t be damaged. And the film can also protect the printing. The printing won’t drop off for over 5 years. 

We have two types of film-glossy film and matt film. It can be decided based on your artwork.

Label size can be customized based on your requirement. 

Here are the sizes for most hot-sale labels:

10ml bottle: 60*30mm

60ml bottle: 90*80mm

Shape: 

Most hot sale label shape is rectangle shape. 

It is no problem if you want some special shape.

Detailed information

For TPD regulation, there are so many information needed to be printed on label, the normal 10ml label is too small. TPD/Peel off Label can solve this issue properly. There are 3 sizes can be printed. 

If you labeling by hand, we can do piece by piece label. It is cheaper. 

if you labeling by machines, we can do roll by roll labels. The dimension of each roll can be customized for your machines.

If you don’t have machines, and also don’t want to labeling by yourself, we can do labeling for you.

1). What is the MOQ? 

Normally we have all the bottles in stock.so the MOQ is one full carton for both plastic bottle and glass bottle.
The MOQ for custom colored glass bottle is 2000pcs. Custom plastic colored bottle MOW is 20000pcs.

2). What is the lead time?

We will ship out the goods within 3days for what we have in stock. For custome color bottle,we will ship out within 3-6days.

3). Do you offer the free samples,how can we get the samples?

Yes,we can send you free samples for testing before your first order.We will ship samples via DHL. You
can also call your local express to pick up samples from our office.

4). How do you control the bottles quality ? 

We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the bottle quality one by one before packing. We can also make EO sterilization as the customers special requirement.

5). How should we do with defective bottles? 

We will make 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles based on pictures.

6). Can we do printing on the bottles? 

Of course,we can make kinds of printing and label printing based on your bottle needs.

7). How can we choose the shipping way? 

For the small order,we suggest to ship via DHL,FEDEX,UPS door to door service. It will take 4-6days.
For the larger order,we advice you to ship by sea.
